People who support local artists are simply amazing. Even more so amazing are people who also support youth who are just beginning to develop their musical talent. When you cheer us on by coming to our shows and singing along, tapping your toes and dancing to the music it encourages us to work even harder to make good music for you and for the community. Thank you to all who supported Big Dreams 2015. We hope to keep you singing and dancing in the new year to come as well!
The Big Dreams Concert will be held at The Red Clay Theater 3116 Main Street, Duluth, Georgia 30096 at 6pm on Sunday Dec. 20th! Avoid the lines and get your tickets in advance for $10 and $15 at the door.
Last weekend a group of students and I had the opportunity to see the new group Serendip perform live in Atlanta. If you are a fan of America’s Got Talent you will remember this musical group of four friends who use cello, harp, voice and piano to excite listening ears. Their story is one of how destiny sometimes lines things up to make dreams you didn’t even know you had come true. When you read their story on www.SonsOfSerendip.com you will find these words, “Music was a hobby, not the intended goal.”
What dream is inside you that you haven’t discovered yet?
